All deliveries are *no signature required* - because of this we will not be held responsible for any missing deliveries that aren't accepted at the time the delivery is made.
If you require the delivery to be left in a safe place please request this at time of order.
If a signature is required then please request this at time of placing the order and we will upgrade free of charge.
We always aim to ship orders as soon as possible. Typically, orders will be shipped within 3 days, depending on the time of year, order size and nature, as the candle most often will need to be made before shipping.
