If you have any doubts or changed your mind after receiving your candle, just inform us about the reason you wish to return and we will sort this out as soon as possible, only condition would be - the candles has to be returned in the same packaging as received, securely wrapped to avoid the damage during the transporting. Refund will be issued after the completion of the return.

If you have received the damaged candle, we would require the photographic proof of the damage. In this case the return will not be required and the option of the full refund or replacement will be offered.
